The program may be subject to change. Balloon activities are weather-related; in case of rain and wind, they will not take place.
An international long-distance race for gas balloons (a rare sight in Italy) and hot-air balloons (in all their thousand colours), held over several stages. You will be able to watch the launch at dawn and in the afternoon, and to follow the pilot and team standings on the website and on the screens installed at the event.
Flights take place during the coolest hours of the day (dawn and afternoon), as balloons cannot fly in the middle of the day, when the higher temperatures and the thermal currents make flying impossible.
Vertical ascents in hot-air balloons.
A tethered flight is the perfect first flying experience: anchored to the ground by four cables, the balloon rises vertically to a height of 15-20 metres, giving you all the thrill of taking off, floating and landing.
Several aircraft will be present at the site, each with a capacity of 2 to 4 people, always with an experienced pilot on board. The experience is completely free and can be booked a few days in advance.
Please note: Flying is strictly dependent on the right weather conditions (no rain and very light wind). For this reason, the activities will take place during the coolest hours of the day, as the high temperatures and thermal currents in the middle of the day do not allow for safe flight.
An accessible basket for people with reduced mobility is also available by prior booking.

Thrilling team games of bubble football or exciting one-on-one Bubble Sumo duels, all inside giant inflatable spheres.
Expert instructors will welcome the participants and explain how to do this in complete safety.

Large bubbles: minimum height 140 cm
This is an extraordinary historical re-enactment and immersive installation that recreates a period Second World War airfield, with original vehicles, structures and re-enactors in historical uniform, and which also features historic aircraft, equipment and vehicles on display, recreating the real day-to-day activities of airfields of the time.
On arrival you will be welcomed by re-enactors in period costume, who will guide you through the fascinating facts about the era with a wealth of striking and memorable stories.
You will find aircraft on static display, together with mock-ups of aircraft still in service with the Italian Air Force and others used in the recent past. Visitors can climb on board, talk to the specialists and have their photo taken as a souvenir.
