A unique journey through the most iconic flavors and dishes of Italian regional cuisine: in the Fiera dei Sapori space you will be able to taste some of Italy’s most representative gastronomic specialties such as Tuscan pici, Campanian pizza, Sicilian cannoli and many other flavors. There will be a rich selection of DOC/DOCG wines and some craft beers. In the dedicated area guests will be able to relax and enjoy a dessert, a first course or a glass of wine.

Food Truck Area

Confesercenti Piacenza has been representing SMEs in Piacenza for over 50 years. Since its inception, the association’s main objective has been to protect and support the small commercial, tourist and gastronomic realities of the area it represents. Through the realization of events, to collaboration in food and wine events, the association wants to support and promote the wealth of Piacenza, through its culinary heritage and its typical products.

For the Italian Air Force Balloon Cup Confesercenti has involved about 20 highly qualified operators, who will offer their own menu featuring food related to local tradition, high-quality dishes with local flavors, in the form of food trucks.
